Each piece is handmade to order and processed in the order they are received. It will take 7-14 business days to process. (Monday-Friday)
If you do not see any specific design in the collections provided, you may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to design your own Nani Savu bracelet in a limited selection.
*However, the collections will be updated every Season (Spring, Summer, Winter, Fall)
Your order is shipped through USPS priority mail. Once your product(s) has been shipped, it will take 1-4 days within the U.S. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Since all items are handmade to order, we do not accept returns. However, we do want you to LOVE your purchase, so we will gladly exchange your item.
Our Exchange policy lasts 14 days. After the 14 day period, we will not be able to offer you an exchange. Exchanges can be made for a different size, style or color within the same collection.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you wish to exchange, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email, phone number, order number, collection and total of your purchase to obtain authorization. Please do not send your purchase back if not authorized.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning and shipping your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time may vary depending on shipping location for exchanges.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your exchange has been received and inspected, we will send you a notification email of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and an email will automatically be sent.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CARING FOR YOUR GEMS
- Wash Stones gently with a solution of baking soda & mild dish washing liquid
- Rinse Stones under cold water
- Dry Thoroughly with a clean soft fabric towel
*DO NOT WEAR STONES IN CHLORINE OR SALTWATER, if you've done so, then follow steps 1-3 above.*
